Born and raised in Pasadena, California, Lauren is the youngest of two children. She attended Allendale Elementary School in Pasadena from preschool to the age of 9. While at Allendale she got her first taste of what would soon become her life-long passion of acting & performing, participating in many school plays and entertaining her school-mates with theatrics on the playground at recess. She later attended Ribet Academy College Preparatory School of Los Angeles, where she continued fueling her need to act in the school productions Pendragon, Earth Day Celebration, and others. Meanwhile, a duel enthusiasm for sports had her following in her older brother's footsteps by playing AYSO soccer and transitioning to competitive club soccer during her middle school years.

She then went on to attend Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, where she participated in the murder-mystery play, "Til Death Do Us Part" and the musical classic "Annie" all the while playing soccer and running track for school -- both at Varsity level since her freshman year. Due to lack of time to fully participate in all her passions, Lauren began focusing on sports, which lead her to earn an athletic scholarship to attend Northwestern University. During her years there, she did what most students do and explored the many possibilities of studies and found new outlets of artistry such as drawing and screenwriting. Although she wasn't able to participate as a performer during her college years due to her athletic and scholastic responsibilities, she was able to still stay attached to her desire to be in the entertainment industry through summer internships with the Grammy Foundation (Los Angeles and Chicago).

Right after graduation, Lauren landed her first job in Hollywood as the only on set production assistant for ABC's Emmy Award winning "George Lopez Show". When the show went on hiatus after it's 5th season, Lauren's acting desire grew, but as life would have it another production opportunity as a Script Coordinator with the show "Untold Stories of the ER" came along, postponing her pursuit of her on-camera dreams temporarily.

Lauren landed her first supporting role as "Kerry" in the independent feature length film "Decker is Dead" (directed by Dan Sullivan) and a featured part in the upcoming 2009 comedy "Fired Up" (directed by Will Gluck) as the girlfriend of Adam. She is currently and ravenously immersing herself in the many aspects of acting and as many projects as she can--and enjoying every minute of it! Lauren currently resides in Los Angeles, where she participates in an adult women's soccer league, participates as a board member of the Pasadena-Altadena Chapter Links (a community volunteer and friendship organization), and more.
